Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
  • Proof of purchase required

We reject:

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items
  • Products without original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Electrical parts once installed
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Clearance / sale items

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you
  • If approved, refund is issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

We do not refund:

  • Shipping costs
  • Payment processing fees (if applicable)

4. Exchanges

  • Only for defective or damaged items
  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/video proof

5. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • We are not responsible for lost returns—use tracked shipping

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank/payment account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • Then contact us
