1. Returns
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition
- Proof of purchase required
We reject:
- Used, damaged, or incomplete items
- Products without original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Electrical parts once installed
- Custom or special-order items
- Clearance / sale items
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you
- If approved, refund is issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
We do not refund:
- Shipping costs
- Payment processing fees (if applicable)
4. Exchanges
- Only for defective or damaged items
- You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/video proof
5. Return Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping
- We are not responsible for lost returns—use tracked shipping
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
